Cape May’s Fourth Annual Designer Show House

The 1915 Otis Townsend residence at 115 Reading Ave. is Cape May’s outstanding example of the Craftsman style, which incorporates clean lines and natural materials. Discover this charming home with fabulous structural details that has been restored to its original glory and made over by some of the region’s top designers and suppliers. Open through Sunday, Oct. 19, daily 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Sunday-Friday, 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Admission is $20 for adults and $15 for children (ages 3-12). Kids Day at the Physick Estate

The Emlen Physick Estate, Cape May’s only Victorian house museum, hosts a day of discovery for kids of all ages. Learn what life was like more than 100 years ago from the parlor to the playroom on a tour of the Estate. Delaware Bay Lighthouse Adventure

Cruise the Delaware Bay aboard the Cape May Whale Watcher. View nine lighthouses on this seven-hour trip, including pedestal lighthouses standing offshore in the Bay’s mid-channel. Hear Bay lore on fishing, spawning grounds and more.
